The work spans broadly from communication strategies and concepts, to development of Design and visual identity, packaging, product, and campaign related assets of all kinds. The Business Partner Lead for the Masterbrand business drives forward the portfolio of all Masterbrand work in OLA and ensures delivery on time and to the highest standard.

ResponsibilitiesOverall responsible for multiple brand campaigns from initial briefing to delivery. Leading 6 full time project managers and communication partners working on the Masterbrand campaign projects, including sparring on development, functional sparring and helping to drive forward the projects and deliver them on time and to the highest standards. Partner and support your Strategic, Creative and Production leads in OLA on your portfolio - ensuring an effective and impactful delivery, that is on-brief, on-time, on-budget. Own and drive complex portfolio and senior relationships, when necessary.

Accountability of portfolio of campaigns campaigns – development of detailed scopes, accurate forecasting, budget and financial responsibility, support and inform on resource and finance planning to ensure efficiency, as well as after action reviews (AAR) and bi yearly campaign reviews with OLA and PMD LT, when required. Ensure the smooth day-to-day running and management of your campaigns and portfolios. Develop strong relationships with our direct brand-owners, and key heads of departments in OLA. Support the Head of Integrated Services and/or Head of Agency on new scope developments, working collaboratively with other agency departments, including OLA LT.

Securing the necessary involvement of OLA Hubs to ensure that regional needs are being met and that regional amplification of campaigns continues in line with global strategy and concept. RequirementsSignificant experience within a digital or creative agency, with demonstrable and clear track record of successfully running multiple portfolios simultaneously, whilst building strong senior client relationships and producing amazing creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce or socially-led campaigns. Experience supporting complex and globally distributed creative, digital, shopper/e-commerce or socially-led campaigns. Strong track record in leading and inspiring people.

Strong business acumen and writing skills that include executive summaries, memos, pre-reads, briefs and presentation materials. Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, incl. C-suite. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
