Set team goals and collaborate with direct reports to develop strategies for achieving results. RequirementsFluent in English (at least C1 level), both written and oral. Proven experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. At least 2 years of prior people management experience. BA/BS degree preferred. Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities, paired with creative problem-solving skills. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. High level of integrity, both personally and professionally.
