The General Office/HR Assistant is responsible for fielding the phone calls from our customers and clients, completing general office tasks as well as assisting our Human Resources with project-based tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, office environment and has a passion for problem solving and completing tasks efficiently.

Front Office DutiesAnswer all RingCentral Lines – answers FAQs and transfers other callsCharging pick up day invoicesFollowing up on NPNS on pick up dayAssist with clipboards as neededCover for Office Manager as neededOffice filingHandle customer previewsPerform shipping audits on freight and box shipped paperworkKeep sales tax spreadsheet currentFinance DutiesEnter invoices paidPrepare initial documentation for chargeback responsesPrepare chargeback responses for submissionTrack chargeback successHandle the tracking of company assetsUpdate daily depositSend cases to collectionsVerify auction division paymentsPerform auction auditsPerform FedEx auditsCollect month end receipts and mail to accountantVerify & track freight broker invoicesClose sales tax spreadsheets (backup)Human Resource DutiesMaintain and orders office suppliesMaintain and orders warehouse suppliesMaintain and order first aid suppliesMonitor, refill and reorder inventory for candy machineMaintain DOT recordsMaintain surveillance system and reviewing video as neededHandle research and logistics in developing HR strategiesPost open jobs on all platforms (back up)Complete initial phone interviewsSet up working interviewsSchedule secondary interviews Prepare HR paperwork for onboarding, training, etcCreate new hire foldersFinalize all new hire filesProcess termination paperworkHandle logistics of scheduling & preparing quarterly conversationsCalculate time cardsManage, track and reorder service awards and PCI gearPrepare paperwork for company meetingsSchedule and handle logistics of companywide trainingsUpdate monthly employee highlights in breakroomGeneral Office Duties:
