Receptionist - The Maritime Hotel

Job DescriptionThe Maritime Hotel is seeking to recruit for the role of part time Receptionist to join their team. If you have previous experience in a customer facing roles in a hospitality, retail or healthcare setting or in own business and love dealing with guests / customers / clients then this is the role for you. Full training will be given with a training buddy assigned to you. This is an opportunity to begin or recommence your career with a hotel group where learning and development, internal promotion are key to how we work. The main duties will include:

Checking-in and out of guestsAnswer calls and relaying messages to staff and guestsBalancing guests accountProviding excellent customer service for our guestsThe ideal candidate: Previous experience in a guest facing role in a hotel, guesthouse, healthcare, retail settingGood communication and IT skillsHave a passion for delivering excellent customer serviceOur offer to you:
