You will be creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including: Replying to guest inquiries via email & telephone. Arranging Spa Therapist bookings. Explaining spa treatments, membership and spa retail products to guests and membersOpening and closing the Spa & Health Club Being a point of contact and informationWho We Are Looking ForA candidate with the ability to be professional and communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
