Full Time OnlyWe are recruiting for the role of Full Time Food & Beverage Assistant to join our bar and restaurant team in the Metropole Hotel on Corks MacCurtain Street. The main duties will include:
Serving food & beverages to guests in the bar either table service or bar serviceMaking time to engage with and chat to guests, giving advice on local attractions, facilities in the hotel. Helping other team members, working as part of a team for set up, service and close of serviceWork closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guest dining experience meets their expectationsOpening the bar and restaurant for the days business and making sure it is stocked appropriatelyCleaning of bar and coffee areasThe ideal candidate:
