About NAPCoThe North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) was founded in 1877 and is one of Australia's leading beef cattle companies, managing over 6. 1 million hectares, largest single herd in the world and home to Five Founders Beef. NAPCo employs approximately 220 staff operating across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with 15 cattle stations, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and an office in Brisbane's CBD.

The roleAs the Project Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution and delivery of the capital expenditure program, including infrastructure upgrades, sustainability initiatives and land access management for our properties. Reporting to the Project Manager, you’ll facilitate the rollout of the annual project and development cycle, and help evolve NAPCo’s project function, all while making a real impact on station development. Your day-to-day will include collaborating with on station crews, contractors, and stakeholders—keeping each project humming along smoothly, whilst maintaining project budgets.

Day To Day Duties IncludeDevelop and coordinate project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholders across multiple agricultural projects and sitesMonitor project progress, risks, and compliance standardsPrepare and coordinate documentation including reports, schedules, budgets and business casesProvide hands-on support to internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners, ensuring smooth project execution and implementationBuild strong relationships with government departments, contractors, Station Managers and the broader NAPCo leadership teamKeep projects on track by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring complianceAsist in the negotiation and implementation of land access agreements and handle approvals (vegetation, water licences, etc.

)This is a hands-on role where you will be a part of every aspect of project delivery, from inception to project completion. Ideally the successful candidate will have/be:
