该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： （1）协助项目负责人开展IPO、再融资、并购重组、债券等投行项目的现场工作； （2）协助完成行业研究分析、财务分析、尽职调查、项目文件制作等工作。 任职要求： （1）2026届硕士研究生，会计、法律、金融学、经济学及其他理工类等相关专业； （2）具备良好的学习能力、组织协调能力、逻辑分析能力和沟通表达能力，具有团队合作精神和敬业精神； （3）通过证券从业资格考试、CPA（部分科目）、法律等专业资格考试优先。
