We are looking for someone available to work days, evenings and nights, schedules may vary. A Maintenance Technician II is a thorough professional with a practical approach and attention to detail that can work autonomously and responsibly; all to maintain the building and common areas in the best possible condition; all while observing all health and safety guidelines to protect our owners, our assets, and staff, and our guests.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesComplete requests from Chief Engineer, department heads, supervisors, or MODSurvey building and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standardsPerform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs, change batteries in door locks, replace electrical fixtures, etc)Perform maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure functionality (replace faucets, drains, hoses ,toilets etc)Perform HVAC troubleshooting and repair and installationsPerform manual repairs when necessary (repair/replace door locks, replace window fixtures/windows, etc)Conduct ongoing room preventative maintenance program as directedResolve maintenance problems, complaints, and work ordersConduct general upkeep procedures as directed (i. e.

landscaping, caulking, painting, etc)Working knowledge of carpentry and painting as well as drywall and carpet repair workInspect property to identify potential and current needsPerform other tasks as assigned by Chief EngineerWork with Housekeeping to ensure all equipment within the guest rooms are functioning properlyAdhere and follow all company Standard of Conduct policies and proceduresFollow the company’s employee handbook for rules and regulationsSupervisory ResponsibilitiesNone.
