This is a hybrid role, based in Tallinn. You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areasManage the data as we hire at scale for roles in engineering, manufacturing and warehousingBuild trusted partnerships with hiring managersSource top talent through creative and strategic methodsDeliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experienceDrive continuous improvement in how we hire🔍 What You Bring:
4+ years in full-cycle recruitmentFluency in RussianBased in Tallinn or able to be on-site 3 days per weekUnderstanding of Estonian labour laws around different types of employmentConfident working independently and managing stakeholdersHands-on sourcing experience across passive and active talent poolsDriven, adaptable, and outcomes-focused💬 Let’s Talk!This is a fixed-term contract with the chance to extend.
