Are You Our New IT Support?We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Internal IT Support to join our dynamic and ambitious team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant IT support requirements, policies, and procedures. About The TeamBased in our Copenhagen headquarters, you will become part of our growing IT team, working cross borders with other IT specialists, spread across multiple countries. The IT team is part of our Finance & Operations department, comprising colleagues in their respective fields, supporting our entire workforce spread across 16 countries. About The PositionAs our new IT Support, you will play a key role in supporting colleagues with their daily requirements.

Your role will be varied, ranging from troubleshooting, onboarding new users, and maintaining systems and equipment. You will also participate in IT projects and contribute to the ongoing development of our operations. Regular interaction with a wide range of stakeholders, means you will act as a coordinator and bring a strong service mindset to everything you do. You will take on complex challenges, help shape future initiatives, and play a key role in driving our growth. Providing competent IT support and service to the company in the daily challengesEscalation to operating supplier or internal IT development team when necessaryEnsuring that security baselines are met on computers and servers both locally and in the hosted environmentParticipating in operational and status meetingsFollowing the written instructions and work descriptions for IT tasksParticipating in testing and preparation of user manuals and documentationContributing to the testing of contingency plans for IT security and cyber incidentsPreparing various reporting and participating in other administrative ad-hoc tasks in consultation with managementA Great Match For UsThe ideal candidate is approachable and confident in supporting colleagues across different age groups and cultural backgrounds.

Strong English skills are essential to communicate effectively with employees across the company. Since this role is based in our Copenhagen office, fluency in Danish is also required. Relevant IT education that supports your qualifications for this roleAt least 3 years of experience as an IT SupporterExperience with Windows system administration and supportKnowledge of Windows server technology and networkingProven ability to troubleshoot in a multi-user, high availability environmentPractical experience in PC maintenance, including repair, deployment, and decommissioningExperience with setting up and monitoring IT client, server, and network service deliveryKnowledge of maintaining and supporting a corporate network environmentProficiency in Office365, Intune, and AzureFamiliarity working in a global IT department or with cross-border teamsRelevant professional certifications are a plus. This position requires a high level of discretion and professionalism.
