Weâre seeking a confident and skilled IT Support Engineer to join the Head Office team at The Roof Gardens. As part of our central operations, youâll play a key role in supporting the smooth and successful running of the venue. Youâll contribute to delivering a seamless, memorable experience for our guests and a strong foundation for our team. Summary of key activities:
Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to all team members, ensuring a fast and friendly resolution of hardware, software, and network issuesEnsure all hardware and software changes are well managed and documentedAssist in the implementation and development of new systems and network upgradesSupport the Director of IT & Digital and Head of Digital in optimising technology to enhance business operations and future growthDevelop and maintain IT documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and best practicesWork closely with all departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savingsPerform routine server maintenance, system updates, and performance checksMaintain firewalls, antivirus software, and cybersecurity defencesManage new user onboarding, account setup, and IT trainingProactively mitigate cybersecurity risks, ensuring compliance with best practicesSkills and experience required:
Strong experience with Micros Simphony POS, including Enterprise Management Console (EMC) configuration and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of network infrastructure - must be comfortable troubleshooting connectivity and managing LAN/WAN environments. Proven experience in endpoint management, with hands-on ability to deploy, secure, and support devices using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and configuration profiles across Windows and mobile platforms. Solid grasp of cybersecurity best practicesExperience supporting a mix of platforms, including Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Apple devicesFlexible with regards to working hoursOur Benefits:
