The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate to join our aviation team as an Administrative Assistant IV in Los Angeles County with the following duties: Essential Responsibilities:
Perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasksAnswer telephone, take and relay messages, screen callers and direct calls accordinglyScan, fax and bind documents and reports as requiredPrepare general correspondence and maintains general filesCoordinate approval signatures in a timely mannerMaintain calendarsSet up and coordinates meetingsReserve conference roomsTake meeting minutesCopy and scan documentsLog informationTrack documentsGreet and assist visitorsGather statistics and general data; review and combine this information into established reports for use internallyMay develop new reports or revise existing reports, as directed.
Such reports maybe in spreadsheet or graphical formats, or narrative-style word processingMay be responsible for verifying data gathered, such as matching supplier invoices against file copiesDistribute reportsStock supplies and maintain office equipmentMaintain an organized workspace by keeping documents and supplies properly storedProvide backup for other administrative staff within TDIPPerform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriateAdditional duties include support of projects in regard to document control, project controls, financial processes, creating reports and power point presentationsMay assume other duties as neededRequirementsMinimum Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years experience as an administrative assistantExcellent written and oral communication skillsA working knowledge of standard policies and procedures on complex capital public works projects is preferredEducation: Post-Secondary EducationHardware/Software Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BluebeamAbility to work in CAD or REVIT preferredBenefitsSalary Range: $72,000-$77,000Medical, Vision, & Dental - 100% covered for the employee*Life and Disability Insurance10. 5 days of Vacation pay (Accrued)6 days of Sick pay (Available Immediately)10 days of Holiday pay (9 Holidays, 1 Personal Day)3% Employer Contribution 401k (After 1 year of service)Monthly Stipend for Cell PhoneLaptop for work purposes
