Key Responsibilities: HRIS Administration: Support HRIS, ATS, and Performance Management Systems. Ensure system functionality and data integritySystem Support:
Troubleshoot issues, resolve data discrepancies, and assist HR personnel with HRIS-related concernsReporting & Analytics: Create custom reports and dashboards, analyze HR data to support decision-makingUser Support & Training: Train HR staff on system usage and create documentation and training materialsProcess Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within HRIS and suggest system enhancementsProject Management: Lead or assist in HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrationsCompliance: Ensure HRIS compliance with data protection regulationsQualifications:
3-5 years of HRIS experience, with a preference for UKGStrong analytical skills and experience with HRIS reporting tools and MS ExcelFamiliarity with HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, and benefitsExcellent problem-solving and communication skills
