Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join ourteam. As a key member of our project management team, you will play acrucial role in overseeing project lifecycles, ensuring successful deliveryagainst the product roadmap, and maintaining alignment withorganizational goals. In addition to traditional project managementresponsibilities, you will actively collaborate with Capability Owners (CO),Product Owners (PO), and Business Analysts (BAs) to facilitate seamlessproject execution. Your commitment to excellence and effectivecommunication will be essential for fostering a collaborative and productivework environment. Responsibilities: Delivery Progress Tracking:

o Collaborate closely with CO and PO to track the progress of deliveriesagainst the product roadmap Integrated Project and Release Planning: o Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated project and release plansusing tools such as MS Project and JIRA. o Network Management experience with strong understanding of concepts likeCritical Path, Crashing, Slack, Float and others. Must be able to draw up aProject Plan and identify key milestones and Critical Path Scope Management: o Ensure adherence to defined scope of work, priorities, and deliverables asoutlined by the Capability Owner.

o Vigilantly prevent scope creep and escalate any identified risks promptly Governance Forum Engagement: o Provide regular updates to PMO governance forums, including RAID reviewsand Portfolio Execution Reviews Risk and Issue Management: o Capture, raise, and track risks and issues across teams to completion. o Ensure timelines are maintained and proactively raise risks. o Act as the representative owner for RAID maintenance and closure Scrum Master Role: o Fulfill the Scrum Master role by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removingimpediments, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Ensure the team follows Scrum principles and practices Resource Planning:

o Capture resource requirements and review with CO and PO Sprint Events Participation: o Attend and actively participate in sprint events to gauge progress, identifyrisks, impediments, and action items for CO, PO, and BAs User Group Database Maintenance: Develop and maintain a database of impacted user groups within theirrespective capability areas Backlog Management: o Work with PO and BAs to gather User Stories and prepare backlog forupcoming sprints. o Collaborate with the PO to ensure continuous updates to the JIRA backlogand maintain backlog health for 2-3 sprints ahead Stakeholder Updates:

o Provide regular project-level updates for key stakeholders Roadblock Removal: o Proactively identify and help remove roadblocks for the PO and BAs in termsof backlog readiness Team Onboarding Support: o Support onboarding processes for new team members (BA/PO/PM)Educational Qualifications:

10+ Years Experience in relevant field is a must Previous experience in Supply chain function such as Supply planning, Demand Planningor Production Planning is a must Bachelor's degree in a relevant field PMP or other project management certifications are a plus Introduction to Agile Methodologies in Project Management is necessary Strong technical understanding of digital technologies, platforms, and tools relevant to theproject domain Proficiency of Scrum Master skills
