Key Responsibilities: 1. **Production Follow-up** - Track order status, coordinate with sourcing/vendor to resolve production issues. - Coordinate with sourcing/PI team to monitor testing progress. 2. **Shipment Tracking** - Execute shipment plans with logistics/warehouse teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Tracking testing reports and manage final payment processes. 3. **Product Development** - Assist in developing new products (plush, bags, apparel, etc. ) based on market trends and brand strategy. - Support end-to-end development: design initiation→prototyping→material approval→costing→production release. 4. **Cross-functional Collaboration** - Partner with Design, Sourcing, and PI to optimize product execution. - Working with accounting team for PO payment. #### Requirements: 1. **Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field is preferred. 2. **Experience**: - 1-2 years in merchandising/production follow-up; experience in plush, bags, or apparel is preferred. - Exposure to export order management (FOB/LC terms) is a plus. 3. **Core Competencies**: - Strong ability in timeline control and risk mitigation (delays/quality issues); - Proficient in product development lifecycle and cost structure. - Skilled in Excel (PivotTables/VLOOKUP), PPT. - Fluent English for business communication (email/meetings).
