Job Description

About The PositionWe are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Cellarperson / Storeperson. This dual-role position combines cellar and stores responsibilities to support the seamless operation of both our beverage and food systems. You will be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining the cellar and stores areas, and ensuring that all deliveries are processed and distributed efficiently. You will also collaborate with team members to ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and quality in our operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and clean beverage systems, including kegs, lines, taps, and fridgesReceive, rotate, and distribute food and beverage stockMonitor stock levels and assist with stocktakesMaintain hygiene across cellar, store rooms, and loading dockFollow WHS, food safety, and liquor licensing requirementsSupport bar and kitchen teams with stock and deliveriesAbout YouYou are self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised to complete daily set tasks. Previous experience in Club or Pub cellar operations, you will have the flexibility to meet operation requirements.

With your strong communication skills, building strong relationships with all departments across the venue will ensure you thrive in a large team environment.     What You'll NeedExperience in cellar, stores, or warehouse roles (preferred)Knowledge of beverage systems and food safetyStrong organisation and attention to detailPhysically capable of manual handling tasksFamiliarity with WHS guidelinesThis position requires availability across 6 days and some shifts may be rostered on Friday and Saturday nights to meet Club operational demands.
