Factory Supervisor

5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on leader with a strong background in food manufacturing or FMCG environments. You will thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a proactive mindset and excellent organisational skills, you will be confident in managing production teams, meeting targets, and driving continuous improvement on the factory floor.

Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a food production environment (experience with chilled or fresh food products is a strong advantage)A solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety regulationsThe ability to lead by example, motivate a team, and resolve issues calmly and effectivelyStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality resultsFlexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing production demandsWe're proud to offer: Fantastic hybrid working environment working Mon- Thurs on site and generally Fridays from home.
