Key ResponsibilitiesLead preparation for year-end audit in September, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingWork closely with the CFO on strategic financial planning and analysisPrepare monthly management accounts and variance reports across multiple venuesOversee general ledger entries, reconciliations, and accrualsSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standardsReview & submit tax filingsEnsure the team of accountants & bookkeepers are up to date on ledgersWeekly flash reportsRequirementsACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or near-qualified)Finance Manager - 1 years experienceMinimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably within hospitality or FMCG sectorsStrong audit experience and familiarity with year-end processesExcellent Excel skills; experience with Sage or similar accounting softwareStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a dynamic finance teamSkillsReportingAuditsTeam workManagementTax returnWhat We OfferOpportunity to work directly with senior leadership, including the CFOCareer progression within a growing hospitality groupStaff perks across our venues
