Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to support strategic planning and decision-making. Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast company performance, assess risks, and evaluate investment opportunities.
Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis to compare actuals with forecasts and budgets and identify key business drivers. Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with cross-functional teams. Monitor financial performance metrics and industry trends to identify areas for improvement or growth. Assist in preparing materials for investors, board meetings, and financial reviews. Ensure data integrity and consistency in all reporting and analytics. Participate in special projects, cost optimization studies, and profitability reviews. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Proven 2-3 years' experience as a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, or in a similar role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial modeling tools or BI software (e. g. , Power BI) is a plus. Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and key financial ratios. Familiarity with the finance industry and financial products/services is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
