As we expand our content universe, we’re looking for a Senior Video Editor who can transform raw footage into compelling stories that capture attention on YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and beyond. This is a full-time, on-site role in our modern offices on Calea Victoriei, Bucharest.
ResponsibilitiesEdit 3–5 short-form clips (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) each day. Produce 2–3 long-form YouTube videos per week (8–30 minutes). Own the entire post-production workflow: rough cut, pacing, transitions, captions, music, audio effects, motion graphics, text animation, color, sound design, final exports, thumbnails, and social cuts. Optimize every piece for its specific platform and audience, maintaining a high-energy, clean editing style (think MrBeast, Alex Hormozi). Work closely with our content lead to turn ideas into polished videos—fast. Qualifications3–5+ years of professional video-editing experience with a portfolio of high-performing short- and long-form content.
Mastery of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut; strong motion-graphics or text-animation skills are a major plus. Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, and viewer-retention strategies. Comfortable using AI-powered tools to streamline workflow. Basic skills in color grading, sound design, and audio cleanup. Familiarity with YouTube SEO and audience psychology is an advantage.
