We're a leading recruitment company in Sri Lanka looking for a Head of Food Services for a leading FMCG company based in Colombo. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and grow the food services division with a focus on HORECA clients. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and partners. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA segment. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in HORECA sales or food services, ideally in a senior management role. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of the food services and hospitality industries. Ability to develop long-term business partnerships and deliver exceptional customer service. Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential).
