Structural AnalystThis can be fully remote or hybrid in the Lancaster or York, PA areaPosition OverviewThe Structural Analyst will be responsible for performing detailed structural analysis and simulations to ensure the integrity and performance of various structures. This role involves working closely with engineering teams to support design processes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct structural analysis using various software tools to assess performance under different conditions.Perform thermal analysis to evaluate the effects of temperature changes on structural integrity.Analyze thermal-mechanical interactions and their impact on material behavior and structure performance.Collaborate with design engineers to develop and refine structural design concepts based on analysis results.Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in structural and thermal analysis.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in structural analysis and engineering principles.Familiarity with thermal analysis techniques and tools.Understanding of thermal-mechanical interactions and their implications on structural design.Experience with Data Centers or Space systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.BenefitsStrong base salary DOELow cost medical, dental, visionCompany paid life & disability401k w/ company matchProfit sharing bonus planHealthy work/life balanceGenerous PTO + up to 10 paid holidaysEvery other Friday off with our 9/80 schedule!Email Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
