We foster a purpose-driven culture built on passion, optimism, and a genuine commitment to our customers, each other, and our planet.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop two-phase evaporator cold plates from concept through prototype and production.Conduct research into two-phase cooling technologies and advanced evaporator architectures.Create production and assembly drawings.Collaborate effectively as a member of the R&D team.Engage in hands-on testing and prototype assembly.Facilitate knowledge transfer to team members.QualificationsSc. in Mechanical Engineering.Strong foundation in heat transfer and thermodynamics.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in professional English, both verbal and written.Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.Specialized knowledge of SolidWorks
