Connect with the top Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) of the region and drive business growth through them. Mentor and manage a team of 4-5 account managers. key distributors from the assigned region. Develop, anticipate, and implement business plans.
Monitor the sales progress on a day-to-day basisEducational Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's or master’s degree in science, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in sales of scientific solutions to markets such as Pharmaceutical, BioPharma, Life Science Research (Government & Academics), and Healthcare. Proven people managerial experience is preferred. Experience in government tenders (GEM) will be an advantage. Outstanding communication and presentation skills are required.
