Social Media Manager (Podcasts)

TheSoul Publishing is one of the largest digital media publishers in the world, producing entertaining and positive online content for more than 2 billion followers worldwide. We are the company behind the wildly successful DIY channel 5-Minute Crafts, the educational and creative channel Bright Side, and a wide portfolio of other popular channels across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and more. We are currently looking for a SMM (Podcasts) to maintain a consistent and engaging daily presence across various platforms. Responsibilities: Daily Content Management:

Maintain a consistent and engaging presence across our Spotify pages through daily posts that resonate with our audiences. Brand Alignment: Ensure all content aligns with the unique tone and voice of each Spotify page, effectively reflecting our brand personality. Strategic Mindset: Bring a business-oriented approach to managing both emerging and monetized pages, with a focus on growth and performance. Page Oversight: Actively monitor page health and performance, promptly identifying and addressing any technical issues or irregularities. Data & Reporting: Develop regular performance reports with actionable insights to inform strategy and decision-making. Experimentation:

Collaborate with your Lead to design and execute data-driven content experiments aimed at optimizing performance and reach. Requirements: Proficient across social media platforms with a clear understanding of what drives engagement and virality;Solid grasp of content best practices and audience engagement tactics;Strong copywriting skills tailored to Spotify’s diverse audiences;Deep familiarity with online trends—particularly in the audio and podcast space—and the ability to translate these into strategic content plans;Highly organized, dependable, and thrives in a collaborative team environment;Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
