Clients and team members count on you to keep project workflows seamless and efficient. When the work is flying, you keep your cool and focus on the details, efficiently prioritizing and adjusting your workflow. You take full ownership over project plans and confidently navigate client relationships while meeting deadlines.
Accountabilities 60% Administration Manage administrative details and client correspondence, supporting smooth progress of internal client workflows Assist in the preparation of agendas, proposals, and client presentation materials Record notes during meetings and circulate action items, hold stakeholders accountable to deliverables and timelines Proofread all client work Create purchase orders for outside vendors ensuring all project inputs are billed appropriately Work with internal and external media buyers (digital and traditional) to schedule client work per the campaign strategy Support the Social Media Strategist in monitoring client social media and coordinating assets, maintaining overall health of social media projects Source and manage print production and media placements 40% Project Management Nature of role is that of a ‘contributor’:
here to support the account team and project manage with independence and proficiency that requires minimal oversight Organize, document and communicate on projects or numerous projects at the same time Project documentation, organization and communication with office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Attend client meetings to gain an understanding of what project success looks like and be able to articulate that back to the creative teams Prepare and deliver project management status reports to clients and internal team Provide updates to management on project progress and potential issues Coordinate all details of photo and video shoots and other project-related work Research, gather and assemble client background information, activities, competitor and industry information as needed We’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in business, or certificate in related field (an equivalent combination of education and experience also considered) Experience in a client services, marketing, or advertising role Organized with a strong attention to detail, ability to follow through on deadlines with minimal oversight Customer-focused with a passion to grow client relationships Highly proactive and self-motivated, yet able to take direction Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Ability to find new ways to improve efficiencies Experienced in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word Agriculture industry experience is an asset Benefits Think Shift provides an attractive, market-researched comprehensive compensation plan, which includes base salary and company bonus.
