These responsibilities include some of the following: Oversee quality processes for third-party manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments, manage deviations, and implement corrective actions to address quality issues. Develop and maintain quality agreements with external partners, ensuring alignment with GSK standards. Support audit readiness and inspection activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and guidance on quality systems and processes to ensure consistent application across teams.Basic QualificationsWe are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering. At least 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries. Experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, or Production roles. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory compliance. Experience working with external manufacturing partners or on-site manufacturing operations. Strong problem-solving and risk management skills.Preferred QualificationsIf you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master’s degree or PhD in a related field. Experience in global or regional roles, providing a broad perspective on quality management. Project management and leadership skills, with a focus on driving results. Operational Excellence experience, including process improvement initiatives.
