This role is critical in the holistic omni-channel ecommerce strategy for 33Threads. As the point person for activation and maintenance of FBA and FBM, you will ensure our Amazon Channel is set-up for profitable sales. By collaborating with marketing and product teams you will execute impactful online campaigns. You will work closely with our purchasing manager to ensure accurate and timely forecasts reflecting the needs to hit revenue targets. While managing FBM listings to test new products and categories and expand our offering on Amazon you will continually assess margin and profitability to optimize profit for the business.
You will be expected to manage online inventory, to stay updated on industry trends, and to implement best practices. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies for sales growth and expansion on Amazon Seller CentralWork closely with and guide internal and external partner relationships inclusive of negotiating fees and ensuring compliance. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop online marketing campaigns, promotions, and content for live selling and product videos. Ensure product listings are optimized with Images, video, A+ content, and reviews.
Coordinate copy and assets needed for our agency to support PPC campaigns and strategies Manage product feeds and SKUs on respective e-commerce platforms. Deliver accurate and timely annual, seasonal, and monthly forecasts for Amazon FBA and FBM that are then updated monthly to generate a rolling 12-month forecast. Create FBA orders weekly or more frequently as needed to optimize sales. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, identifying trends and opportunities. Ensure a positive online customer experience, addressing complaints and resolving issues. Monitor Product detail pages for errors, improvement, and optimization.
Collaborate with accounting and ops to ensure accurate documentation of inventory transfers, orders, invoices, returns, and payments. Manage online inventory, ensuring availability and accurate tracking. Develop and manage budgets for Amazon. Daily Amazon order management including Managing order flow to warehouse. Select seasonal styles to sell on Amazon and provide necessary imagery, product info, etc. needed for online sales. Present at weekly/monthly business reviews & attend bi-weekly strategy meetings, monitor account health and sales reporting. Provide support for new technology related to Amazon (i. e. Channel Reply, Veeqo, and Getida).
Perform regular competitive analysis on best selling brands to optimize 33Threads product offer, pricing, advertising and listing details. Stay up to date on current and new Amazon seller programs and implement if appropriate. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online digital sales and e-commerce. Communicate regularly with senior management about online digital sales performance and growth opportunities.
