The Assignment involves the following tasks: · Monitor the health, performance, and availability of ESB infrastructure and services, and proactively identify and resolve issues. · Provide Support and maintenance of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM Transformation Extender (ITX), IBM MQ Series and WSO2 Micro-integrator deployed on Linux OS and IBM MQ. · Perform middleware patching and upgrades. · Participate to the failover and disaster recovery tests. · Automation of certain manual process using Ansible and Azure DevOps pipelines. · Troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and resolution of production issues with ESB services.
· Document integration solution design, configuration and deployment procedures, creating user guides and technical documentation for developers and platform engineers. · Raise and coordinate resolution of issues with middleware provider support teams. The candidate must demonstrate knowledge in: · IBM AppConnect Enterprise (ACE)· IBM MQ· Troubleshooting and investigation tools: scripting tools (Bash, Phyton), web services testing tools (SOAP UI, Postman)· DevOps tools such as: Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, log aggregators like Splunk or ELK· Programming languages knowledge like Java· Would be a plus:
