Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Growth Team Lead to join our marketing team at ThreeTrader, a trading brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented marketer with a passion for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the financial services industry. As the Marketing Growth Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, optimising marketing channels, and implementing data-driven strategies to maximize growth and revenue. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy Development:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and business goalsDesign and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that target retail traders across various asset classes (forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies etc. )Collaborate with the leadership team to set marketing KPIs and growth targets (e. g. , customer acquisition, lifetime value, engagement metrics)Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation:

Identify and implement scalable customer acquisition strategies across paid search, social media, content marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEOOptimise marketing funnels to convert leads into active, long-term clientsManage and optimise advertising budgets, analyzing cost-per-acquisition (CPA) and return on investment (ROI) metricsExplore new channels and partnerships to increase brand visibility and expand market shareMarket Segmentation & Personalisation:

Segment potential and existing clients to create personalised marketing messages and campaignsLeverage customer data and analytics to identify high-value segments and tailor offers, content, and ads to specific user groupsUse customer insights to develop targeted content that resonates with both beginner and experienced tradersRetention & Customer Engagement:

Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn and maximise customer lifetime value (CLV)Optimise onboarding and activation processes to ensure new customers understand the platform, tools, and trading strategiesCreate email, push, campaigns to keep customers engaged and encourage them to trade more frequentlyAnalyse user behaviour and feedback to improve engagement strategies and create a loyal customer baseData-Driven Campaigns & Analytics:

Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaignsConduct A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve user acquisition and conversion ratesReport on campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, conversion rates, and other key metrics to senior managementCollaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with sales, marketing teams to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap and customer needsCollaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure all marketing materials adhere to regulatory requirements in the trading industryManage external agencies and vendors as needed to execute campaigns, including affiliate networks, media partners, and creative agenciesBranding & Positioning:

Strengthen the company's brand identity and reputation within the trading and investment communityDevelop thought leadership content, such as blogs, KOL collaboration, to position the company as an authority in the trading spaceEnsure that the company's unique value proposition is clearly communicated across all marketing channelsRequirementsMust have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related fieldProven experience in marketing within the financial services, trading, or fintech sectorsSolid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial marketsExpertise in performance marketing (e. g. , Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)Experience with email marketing, CRM systems (e. g.

, HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation toolsStrong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and performance reporting tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Tableau)Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentNice to have:
