We’re hiring “early-in-your-career” talent to join us on a series of rotating 3-month contracts, working directly with each of our core teams: Sales & Marketing, Customer Success, Product, or Corporate Services. Many individuals on our team at Thrive joined us early in their careers and have had successful growth paths. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build cross-functional skills, and have the chance to rotate into new departments every 3 months. We’re looking for curious, motivated generalists with good communication skills who want to learn how a fast-growing tech company operates and contribute meaningfully along the way.
