What You'll OwnPartner with Product & Leadership to embed data into every product decisionLead deep-dive analyses that shape personalization, feature design, and strategyBuild tools and dashboards that enable every team to move faster and smarterOwn the reliability and scalability of the data stack (BigQuery, dbt)Ensure marketing and growth teams have clean, actionable dataProactively monitor and troubleshoot data pipelinesYour BackgroundExperience in data, BI, or product analytics (startup or fast-paced environment a big plus)Strong SQL and BI tool knowledge; Python a bonusFamiliarity with modern data stacks (e. g.
