Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Ticket Agent based in Baghdad, Iraq. The Ticket Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with flight reservations, processing ticket sales, managing booking inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling travel requests, addressing customer questions, managing reservation changes, and ensuring clients have a smooth travel experience. Qualifications Proficiency in Ticket Sales and ReservationsStrong Customer Service and Communication skillsKnowledge of Sales techniques and strategiesMultilingual proficiency (Arabic and English preferred)Organizational skills and attention to detailFamiliarity with travel industry systems and practices
