We are currently open and developing first class gaming venues in Rochester, Hampton, and Littleton.What You'll ExpectThe Ticket Attendant is responsible for conducting bingo sessions in a professional, engaging, and accurate manner. This role requires clear communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the pace of games while ensuring compliance with house rules and organizational policies. The Ticket Attendant also assists with verification and reporting of ticket deals to support smooth operations.What You'll DoVerify attendant booth is set upKeep timely manner of gamesSpeak clearly during games and call back of ticketsAnnounce and follow house rulesAnnounce list of games to be playedTurn off sound systemShut down attendant booth Count and organize bingo tickets into bundles.Verify serial numbers against control cards and boxes for accuracy.Label all deals with the organization’s name and delivery date.Ensure tickets are properly banded, boxed, and secured for storage.Immediately report any ticket discrepancies to the Bingo Manager.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all ticket handling activities.Assist the Ticket Manager and other team members as needed to support smooth bingo operations.What You'll BringStrong public speaking and communication skills.Ability to maintain pace and accuracy under pressure.Comfortable working with sound equipment and microphones.What We'll RequireAttention to detail with ability to verify tickets and deal records.Prior experience in entertainment, public speaking, or bingo operations preferred.Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Requires standing for extended periods.
