TasksOversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on all external accounting matters, ensuring the timely provision of required documents to the CPA and the State Tax Inspectorate. Strategically plan, implement, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals. Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule. Process distributor bonuses and manage banking operations for local branches with accuracy and compliance.
Partner closely with the CPA to fulfill external accounting responsibilities and provide seamless support to the State Tax Inspectorate. Verify, register, and reconcile all incoming invoices and banking transfers in a timely and accurate manner. Provide financial and operational support to the customer service team and contribute to additional projects assigned by the Country Manager, fostering collaboration and business success. Perform controlling activities for the regional parent company’s financial operations. RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. At least 10 years of professional experience in finance, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong IT skills, particularly with ERP systems and MS Excel. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Bulgarian and German is an advantage.
