This role is not just about coaching - it's about leadership. You'll work hands-on with our students, helping them navigate challenges, optimize operations, and build real, revenue-generating companies.
The ideal candidate has led legitimate teams in a business setting, brings strong people leadership and communication skills , and understands how companies operate at a foundational level (e. g. , net margins, KPIs, scaling structure). Real estate experience is a plus - but not required. Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:
1 and group coaching for real estate investors, helping them develop scalable business models Guide clients in strategic planning, hiring, team structure, systems, and operations Evaluate business performance, identify growth barriers, and provide tactical solutions Offer accountability, direction, and support through recurring calls, CRM updates, and internal tracking Coach clients through sales, marketing, and operations decisions using Results Driven's frameworks Communicate proactively and consistently with the fulfillment team to ensure client success Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership on training content and program improvements Maintain detailed records of client progress and feedback in CRM Contribute to training events, call reviews, and interactive learning sessions Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in a business coaching, consulting, or leadership role Proven experience leading actual business teams with measurable outcomes Strong understanding of business mechanics (margins, staffing models, growth planning, etc.
