ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing customized wealth management strategiesLead client review meetings, understand and document client goals, and identify appropriate financial solutionsResearch and evaluate vendor options and clearly explain solution value to clients, helping bring decisions to closureManage the client onboarding process to ensure a seamless and positive experienceCoordinate administrative follow-ups and work cross-functionally with internal team membersDesign and maintain customized financial plans using current financial technologiesRegularly update and monitor client data across financial planning platforms and CRM toolsStay current on industry regulations and maintain compliance with all financial services laws and continuing education requirementsRequirements And QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration4 to 10 years of experience in client service roles within wealth management or financial advisoryFINRA Series 6, 63, 65, or 66 licenses (active and in good standing)Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation highly preferredDemonstrated ability to lead client meetings independently with a high level of professionalism and subject-matter expertiseSolid understanding of wealth management strategies, financial planning concepts, and client lifecycleComfortable with financial management software and CRM toolsForward-thinking mindset with a willingness to explore and implement tech-forward solutionsWealth Management Client Associate - 25-00437IND123Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United StatesLanguagesEnglish
