SummaryAs the TikTok Manager for Mayorga Coffee, you will grow our brand presence and deepen customer engagement by developing, filming, editing, and posting  short form video content specifically for TikTok. You will execute the social strategy developed by the marketing team, translate trends into on brand concepts, and maintain a consistent posting cadence across one or more TikTok accounts.You will collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager to ensure message, tone, and visuals are aligned across channels, and you will support related marketing tasks as needed.We are seeking an individual who feels at home on social platforms, especially TikTok, and who is comfortable being on video, filming, and editing. The ideal candidate stays current on emerging trends, can quickly turn ideas into engaging content that attracts and retains followers, and brings initiative, organization, and strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Social Media Manager.Key Responsibilities Create, film, edit and post  engaging short form video content for Mayorga Coffee’s TikTok account or accounts in alignment with the brand’s strategy and visual standards.Stay informed on TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to produce timely, relevant, and brand appropriate videos.Appear in videos  authentically representing the Mayorga Coffee brand and its mission.Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team to ensure content consistency across all digital platforms.Manage and create content for multiple TikTok accounts if assigned.Organize and maintain a consistent content production and posting schedule.Track performance metrics, summarize analytics, and make recommendations for optimization based on results.Assist with marketing related initiatives such as influencer collaborations, content preparation for campaigns, and cross channel social support.Ensure that all content complies with FTC guidelines for endorsements, brand partnerships, and disclosures.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.At least three years of experience in social media content creation, specifically for TikTok.Deep understanding of TikTok’s culture, trends, and algorithm.Comfortable appearing on camera and representing a brand professionally and authentically.Strong problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required for communication, brand voice accuracy, and bilingual content creation.Familiarity with photography, video editing, and design fundamentals.Self motivated, curious, and eager to learn.Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.Experience managing multiple social media accounts.Proficiency with editing and design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, and Canva.Preferred Skills and Qualifications Familiarity with influencer marketing and outreach Knowledge around or passion for coffee is a plus. Occasional travel both nationally and internationallyWho You AreDeeply connected to Gen Z and online creative communities.Passionate about digital storytelling and brand communication.Enthusiastic about identifying and adapting TikTok trends for meaningful brand storytelling.A collaborative team player who values initiative, flexibility, and open communication.Motivated by purpose driven brands and socially conscious missions.
