Develop TikTok KOL strategies aligned with brand goals and market trends.2. Research and identify both macro and micro TikTok KOLs in Indonesia.3. Manage end-to-end KOL campaigns: planning, content, execution, and performance analysis.4. Negotiate and collaborate with KOLs/agencies on contracts and compensation.5. Monitor campaign KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and optimize performance.6. Build long-term relationships with KOLs and engage with their communities.7. Provide market insights and analyze competitor strategies & TikTok trends.✅ Qualifications• Proven experience in KOL marketing or influencer management (preferably TikTok).• Strong knowledge of TikTok trends, content, and best practices.• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.• Creative thinker with the ability to generate impactful and viral content ideas.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns.• Available to join immediately.🌟 Preferred Conditions• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce industries.• Existing connections with TikTok KOLs in Indonesia.• Good command of English is a strong plus.
