Trusted by over 83 brands across the US, UK, EU, and Middle East, Profi Provinz is dedicated to growing your brand together.Role DescriptionThis is a Part/full -time role for a TikTok Shop Account Manager at Profi Provinz.You will be responsible for managing and scaling the brand’s TikTok Shop presence: owning the end-to-end lifecycle of products, advertising, performance analytics, and vendor/creator relationships on TikTok’s commerce channel.Key Responsibilities:Manage the day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop account: product listing setup, pricing, inventory sync, order-fulfillment coordination, return-management.Optimize product listings for best performance: keywords, descriptions, visuals, livestream/short form video integration.Run TikTok ad campaigns (in-app promotion, influencer/creator collaborations) to drive traffic, conversion and sales growth.Monitor and analyse performance metrics: sales volume, conversion rate, average order value, ROAS, CPC; use insights to refine strategy.Collaborate with creators/influencers: identify, onboard and manage relationships for livestreams, product features, affiliate links.Coordinate cross-functionally with supply chain/fulfillment, marketing, customer service and finance to ensure smooth operations and data flow.Stay up-to-date with TikTok Shop platform features, commerce-trends and competitor actions; propose and implement improvements.Provide regular reporting to management on performance, highlight growth opportunities and critical issues.Required Skills & Experience:2+ years of exerpeince in e-commerce TikTok market place .Strong understanding of TikTok Shop platform and its advertising/commerce ecosystem.Excellent data-analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs and dashboards.Experience managing influencers/creators and executing campaigns.Good written and verbal communication, and strong project-management capabilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
