ResponsibilitiesAbout the TeamWe are Indonesia TikTok Shop Content Special Project team, focusing on driving long-term growth of TikTok Shop's E-commerce in Live and Video scenario. We work closely with Sellers and Creators to improve our content quality and attractiveness to users. We also partner with Product and Technology side to improve product capability in empowering growth in Live and Video scenario.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Data Insights and Strategy Optimization- Conduct in-depth data analysis of livestream and short video content quality, and establish a key metric monitoring system.- Identify the root causes behind data fluctuations, pinpointing core issues and growth opportunities for content quality enhancement.- Develop and implement executable operational strategies and optimization plans based on data insights to continuously improve key performance indicators related to content quality.2. Content Quality System Development- Collaborate with Algorithm, Product, and Regional Strategy teams to define and iterate the standards for "high-quality content."- Drive the optimization and development of content quality diagnostic models.- Design and implement end-to-end content quality improvement strategies to elevate the overall content quality standard in the Indonesian market.3. Content Diversity Enhancement- Analyze market trends and user needs to plan and execute operational strategies that enhance content diversity.- Design effective incentive mechanisms for sellers and creators to motivate them to produce diverse, high-quality livestream content, thereby enriching the platform's livestream ecosystem.QualificationsMinimum Qualification(s)1. Bachelor's degree or higher.2. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about achieving and exceeding goals.3. 2+ years of experience as an internet product manager or strategy operations specialist, skilled in data-driven decision-making, capable of independent and critical thinking with strategic insights.4. Strong learning ability, responsible and diligent; adaptable to ambiguity and capable of thriving in a fast-changing environment.5. High-level in speaking English, expression, and social skills; able to work effectively in an international collaborative setting.6. High-level in speaking Chinese. This role requires working closely with multiple stakeholders (internal and external) in China who use Mandarin as the primary language on a daily basis.Preferred Qualification(s)1.
