We’re looking for a proactive TikTok Shop Specialist to manage our storefront, optimize performance, and scale visibility across the platform.Advanced Spoken English is Mandatory, and we will request a voice note for the screening processResponsibilities include but are not limited to:1. Account & ComplianceManage daily TikTok Shop operations.Ensure listings are accurate and compliant.Resolve listing issues and submit appeals.2. Product & InventoryKeep listings active and up to dateFix errors and configure variants/shipping3. Campaigns & PromotionsLaunch and monitor campaigns, vouchers, and discountsCoordinate with the team to reflect promos accurately4. Ads & Sales OptimizationManage TikTok Ads and adjust for performanceTrack sales metrics and boost top-performing items5.
