Responsibilities1GBM EUI are the Global Business Marketing team (GBM) and champions TikTok in the B2B world, looking to educate, inspire and create opportunities for our sales teams to develop and foster key client relationships and demonstrate how TikTok can deliver business outcomes for their business. B2B Marketing develops events, engagement platforms, marketing communications and strategic industry relations that amplify the TikTok brand and scale our voice. Build our brand and reputation in the industry to drive business growth. We are looking for a Business Marketing Lead to join our Nordics Business Marketing team, based in Stockholm.
Someone who is strategic, smart, creative, and a data-driven marketer. Someone who is high-performing and thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys creating and scaling within integrated marketing channels. You should be comfortable with a broad range of responsibilities, designing the marketing strategy for the Nordic region (specifically the Swedish, Danish, Norwegian and Finnish markets) and developing campaigns end-to-end including identifying target segments, developing content, establishing tracking mechanisms, and reporting and iterating on results.
The ideal candidate has experience in driving innovation, with extensive hands-on experience organizing events and working on cross-functional campaigns with a dynamic network of stakeholders. Responsibilities- B2B Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy specifically tailored for the Nordic region, in alignment with the business objectives and regional/global marketing strategy. - Industry Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers in key Nordic markets.
Leverage these connections to strengthen the company's position in the market. - Event Strategy: Define event strategy, partnering with the EU Hub, Nordic sales teams and XFN teams, to design and execute ROI positive activations that impact the industry and engage clients. Ensure these events align with the business market strategy and deliver measurable results. - Marketing Communications: owned and paid marketing channels including newsletters, paid media, TikTok- Marketing Content: lead messaging and marketing asset production, from case studies and website content to event and trade media partnership content- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with XFN teams (Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Communications, Operations etc. ) to ensure that the marketing efforts align with the goals and objectives of the various departments. - Budget Management: Manage the B2B marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and optimizing ROI. - Measurement & Impact: Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to B2B marketing efforts, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets. Set and measure against quarterly objectives, and report project analysis back to stakeholders - Management:
Lead and oversee a dynamic team of two based in Sweden, ensuring efficient collaboration, fostering professional development, and driving the successful execution of projects to achieve organizational goals. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Fluent bi-lingual communication skills in Swedish and English in order to be able to communicate effectively with clients & local partners- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment- Proven experience in marketing strategy reflective of local commercial objectives - Strong knowledge of the media and advertising landscape in Sweden, with good awareness of nuances in Denmark, Finland and Norway- Proven B2B marketing / marketing experience across a range of channels (events, marketing communications, industry relations), with the ability to work independently and as a team across different departments- Proven experience in team leadership and management, with a strong ability to motivate, mentor, and guide team members towards achieving high performance and meeting project deadlines.
