Now Hiring: Time & Payroll Analyst (SAP / Workday)📍 Location: Calgary, AB (Hybrid – Mon/Tues/Thurs onsite, Wed/Fri remote)💰 Pay Rate: $50 (T4) OR $58 (Incorporated)🕒 Duration: 11 - 12 months🏢 Industry: Utilities & EnergyAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a Time & Payroll Analyst with strong experience in SAP and Workday to support payroll and time management operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving data discrepancies, managing audits, and ensuring compliance across multiple systems and employee groups.What You’ll DoConduct weekly/bi-weekly time entry audits (vacation, leave, banked time, student time)Manage vacation and time-off for Canadian & U.S. (non-union) staff and international assigneesReconcile and validate employee time data in SAP and WorkdayPartner with Payroll for accurate payouts and deductionsMonitor and resolve integration issues (INT079/INT070) between systemsSupport leaders and employees with time approval and access issuesMaintain accurate documentation, audit logs, and reportingWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in Payroll, Timekeeping, or HR OperationsProficiency in SAP HR and Workday Time TrackingStrong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skillsProficient with Excel, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and MS Office SuiteAbility to interpret employment practices and policiesExcellent communication and attention to detail✅ Why Join:Work in a reputable Utilities & Energy organizationGain exposure to enterprise-level HR and payroll systemsPotential for contract extension and year-end overtime opportunities
