This contract role is suited to experienced individuals who are confident in engaging others, enjoy working autonomously, and are passionate about empowering people through personal growth. What You'll DoMarket and promote personal development and leadership programs through digital channels.

Participate in weekly online development sessions to enhance product and marketing knowledge. Conduct consultations with individuals interested in personal growth and leadership development. Manage your workflow and schedule independently (minimum of 15–20 hours/week). Engage with a supportive professional network and ongoing training. What We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in HR roles like: coaching, learning and development, training, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Confidence using digital tools, including Zoom, email, and social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. ). Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
