We are a diversified Main Contractor hiring a Timekeeper to join our dynamic team.Job Function:Record and maintain daily/monthly attendance of labor workforce.Acquire, process, balance, and retain daily jobsite timecard data entries.Maintain daily/weekly labor spreadsheets.Arrange employee travel to and from remote job sites when required.Coordinate with site operations/materials teams to track inbound and outbound shipments.Prepare daily site attendance and manpower reports.Support site management in administrative and clerical tasks.Ensure accurate records are maintained in line with company policies.Qualifications & Skills:2–3 years of experience as a Timekeeper in the construction industry.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills.Good communication and organizational abilities.Ability to work effectively under pressure in a site-based environment.
