Job Description
To accurately record, monitor, and maintain the attendance, working hours, and manpower records of all site personnel involved in the tower construction project, ensuring proper documentation for payroll processing, productivity tracking, and compliance with company policies.Key Responsibilities:Maintain daily attendance records for all site staff, workers, and subcontractors.Monitor entry and exit timings, overtime, and absences in coordination with site supervisors and security.Prepare and submit daily and weekly manpower reports to the Project Manager and HR department.Verify timesheets, attendance registers, and biometric reports against actual site presence.Record daily deployment of manpower (by trade, subcontractor, and area of work).Coordinate with HR and payroll teams for monthly timecard summaries and overtime calculations.Keep track of leave requests, absences, and replacement staff on site.Support the site team during audits and inspections by providing accurate attendance and timekeeping records.Maintain confidentiality of employee data and ensure compliance with company procedures.Assist in preparing reports related to productivity, manpower allocation, and shift rotations.Liaise with subcontractors to validate their workforce attendance and billing.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Timekeeper in construction projects, preferably high-rise / tower building projects.Strong knowledge of timekeeping systems, biometric software, and attendance reporting.Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other data management tools.
