Innoveo Kft (powered by Tinubu LLC) are looking for an experienced Technical Writer to join our Training and Enablement group within the Solution Engineering team. Reporting to the Team Lead of Solution Engineering, the Technical Documentation you'll be responsible for: Translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly training material tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences. Maintaining and creating new training exercises for platform functionalities. Developing documentation content such as online help articles, user guides and release notes, supporting Engineering team.
Maintaining a strong understanding of Innoveo’s no-code platform by collaborating with Solution Engineering team and working on internal demo project(s) to showcase platform features. Collaborating cross-functionally with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Solution Engineering and Platform Development teams. Enhancing documentation quality and usability by incorporating graphics and illustrations where necessary. Contributing to the creation and maintenance of standards, style guides, and terminology, best practices. What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in technical writingProficiency in creating materials via online training tools and ConfluenceProven affinity in technology (relevant technical experience, pet-project, etc.
