Your main responsibilitiesSales & Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives. Target, plan for and open new geographical marketsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within various market segments (sports clubs, schools, councils, contractors, etc. ). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Drive best practice pipeline management: Drive a robust and disciplined data management in HubSpot for tracking leads, deals, and customer interactions in the Sales teamMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, such as conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost. Provide regular sales forecasting and reporting to the CEO. Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Use HubSpot reporting tools continuously for pipeline management by identifying weaknesses in the pipeline on sales manager and country level and develop action plans with the Sales team to strengthen this aspect of the pipeline. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the European sales managers securing high employee satisfactionManage the European sales team of 5-8 sales managers, through both Opportunity Management and overall Pipeline Management securing high performance Recruit, onboard and train new sales managers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Dealers and Partners:
